Terminal Commands

SSH connection to your Pi (mac using terminal):
ssh pi@RPiIPAddress

sudo reboot

sudo shutdown -h now

Make a file:
sudo nano YourFileName.xxx

Get the temperature:
/opt/vc/bin/vcgencmd measure_temp

Find connected storage devices:
sudo fdisk -l

Mount an FAT device:
sudo mount -t vfat -o uid=pi,gid=pi /dev/sda1 /mnt/usb

Mount an NTFS device:
First instal the file sytem dependencies
sudo apt-get install ntfs-3g

then mount the drive to the folder usb
sudo mount -t ntfs -o uid=pi,gid=pi /dev/sda1 /mnt/usb

Unmount a storage device
sudo umount /dev/sdaX
